5K Results

I have to do a little bragging about Joel. We ran the 5K last weekend as part of the Marathon events in town and Joel had terrific results!

5K time: 22:51
pace: 7:22
overall place: 110 out of 4451
division place (men's age group 30 to 34): 9 out of 154
gender place: 87 out of 1316

My results aren't that stellar, so I won't publish them (I did finish in the top half, which was good). I have no excuses though because I didn't train like Joel did. His hard work paid off - way to go!
