Reptile Gardens

I'm going through some past photos and realized I hadn't finished blogging about our trip to the Black Hills last August. Here are pictures & video we took at Reptile Gardens. It was a really fun place to take CJ, he loved seeing the animals!

The snake show - this one is named Marilyn (it is rare to have a "blonde" snake)

We were there on a very warm day, I guess crocodiles don't mind snuggling on a warm day!

The crocodile & alligator show - at first the guy couldn't wake up any of the crocodiles, so he had to drag one out of the water. There were some funny moments - you'll see below where crocodiles were getting out of the water and lying behind the Reptile Gardens worker. I think he was a bit nervous at some points during the show, I don't blame him!

We had the chance to pet a baby alligator!

We walked through an area where some reptiles were roaming free!

Funny mirrors, CJ enjoyed this quite a bit!

We highly recommend a visit to Reptile Gardens if you are in the Black Hills!
