The kids ate together at this cute table and had a good time playing together afterward. We played outside for awhile (until the bugs became bothersome) and the kids had a great game of kickball going!

The adults were able to have some nice conversations too throughout the evening. It's great that the kids can occupy themselves for short time periods so we can chat too. For those that don't know the Peterson's - Amanda is a fellow Cobber and got me started on knitting and Jason also rides in the MS 150 bike tour. Thanks for the terrific evening!!
(Side note: I tried a new dessert recipe. I was watching the show Giada At Home on Food Network and thought this dessert looked delicious. It turned out pretty great and it wasn't complicated at all.
