I just had the best time shopping! We just purchased a sheep, a goat, ten ducks, clean drinking water, and a few other items.
Nope, we're not starting a farm. As a family we went through the World Vision catalog and found several items to purchase for families in need around the world. We explained to CJ why we were doing this and then read descriptions of items that we could donate. He helped us decide which items to purchase and it was a terrific family activity. We plan to make it a tradition each year!
I am sharing this opportunity with you in hopes that you will consider making a donation to World Vision or another worthy cause. I know Samaritan's Purse and other organizations have similar gift catalogs where you can purchase specific items.
We have so much and I believe that if everyone gives even a small amount, we can make a great difference. Consider it. Donate!
