Cookie Baking

CJ & I have enjoyed making rolled out sugar cookies for Christmas this year! He is quite good with his rolling pin, but his favorite part is decorating the frosted cookies with colored sugar...all colors and lots of it!

I like making pepper nuts (mini gingerbread bites) each year too, in addition to sugar cookies. CJ & I made the dough together in the mixer and he did the rest all on his own! He rolled the dough into a long string and then cut into bites with a pizza cutter. He had quite an operation going, it was so fun to watch my little baker in action!
