CJ is becoming a very good traveler. I thought this picture was so cute of him napping in his car seat.
The weather was quite warm while we were there (in the 50s), so it was nice to be outside. CJ & Lisa's daughter Emily ("Emmy") were great buddies from the start. Dick & Judy have a playhouse in their backyard and CJ enjoyed playing in there (there are even windows that open).
Lisa's dog Daisy played outside too - Daisy & CJ ran around the backyard together quite a bit.
CJ pulled out a bunch of toys from the playhouse, including lawn chairs and other things so he & Emmy could have a picnic.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal together at Dick & Judy's house. They are terrific hosts.
On Friday night Sidney had a holiday parade downtown. We bundled up and went to enjoy. We got to go to 2 parades that week!
Emmy was such a great helper! CJ loved being with Emmy. He's asked "Where's my Emmy?" a few times since we've been home. Hopefully it won't be too long before we see you!
CJ used the high chair that has been in the family for a long time (Lisa said she used it and so did Joel)

Thanks again for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend together. We are thankful to have loving families!
