Field Museum

After spending the morning at the aquarium, we ate lunch and went to the Field Museum. The museum campus in Chicago is right on Lake Michigan and has the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and Adler Planetarium -- so we spent a lot of time in that area!

One of the highlights for us at the museum was the dinosaur exhibit. 

"Sue" is on display right when you come in the front door!

We had wanted to attend the Sue T-Rex movie there, but it was all sold out.

We also walked through an Egyptian exhibit and a few other smaller items along the way.

There were many interactive stations and CJ enjoyed pushing the buttons

A person could spend a whole day at the Field Museum and not cover everything - we spent a few hours there our first afternoon in Chicago and then went back to the hotel to relax a bit before dinner.
