CJ Sayings

Here are some things that CJ has been saying lately:

He is learning about the concept of time, so a common question we hear is "How many seconds or minutes or hours until ___?"

One night when I was helping CJ get ready for bed, he said out of the blue "I wonder if God will pick Josie to marry me?" (Josie is a girl on his soccer team.) CJ & Josie are good friends on the soccer field and both run pretty fast! A few weeks later, CJ said that he likes a girl named Ella at his preschool...he said "maybe I won't marry Josie now because I like Ella!" We have told him he has a long time until he needs to worry about who he is going to marry! :-)

CJ attended two weeks of Safety Town in June. We were talking about something and he changed the topic of conversation by saying "Whenever you walk outside at night, you need to wear bright colors so people can see you." He was very teacher-like when he told this to us. We thought it was cute that he said that out of the blue.
