Target Field

The last weekend of September Joel & CJ took a guys trip to the Cities! I stayed home to do work, projects, and play in our church bell choir on Sunday. (I was bummed to be missing out on the trip, but I had a productive weekend.)

The guys left Saturday around lunchtime after our last fall soccer game. Their first fun item on the agenda was to see the Tigers play the Twins at Target Field. Joel found cool tickets beyond third base in the 5th row -- talk about being close to the field! I recorded the game on TV - when we played it back later we saw Joel & CJ in the stands when a foul ball went over their way.

They had a beautiful afternoon for the game -

After the game they checked into the hotel, ate dinner, and then swam at the pool before bedtime! The next day there was time for more swimming and then rides all afternoon at Nick Universe at the mall...Joel has photos from that too. :-)
