60th Anniversary Party

Last Saturday the Anderson family gathered to celebrate my grandparents - they have been married 60 years today. What an amazing blessing they have been to each one of us - we love you both very much Grandpa & Grandma!

The meal of choice was potato dumplings and pork chops! Potato dumplings were a Depression-era food and my family considers them to be a real treat.
