40 Cupcakes

Last week we brought cupcakes to CJ's school so he could celebrate his 4th birthday with his friends. We needed 40 cupcakes in all for his preschool and daycare classes. CJ was happy to help me whisk up the cupcakes, he's such a great helper in the kitchen! We made both funfetti and chocolate cupcakes. Later I frosted with chocolate and cream cheese frosting. They were pretty tasty!
