Field Trip

Last week I was asked to be a parent helper on CJ's daycare field trip to the Children's Museum at Yunker Farm! CJ asked his teachers if his friends Michael & Solly could ride in our van and they said sure. I was excited to be joining his class for a few hours and I think CJ liked having me along too!

The drive to the museum was about 15 minutes, but the kids asked if they could watch Veggie Tales on the trip up there - why not?!

Inside the museum there are many fun play areas setup for the kids to explore! I think we'll have to take CJ there sometime on our own because there were so many neat things to do.

Doing an art project and reading a story with the Easter bunny. The Easter bunny asked CJ to turn pages since she couldn't with her paws!

We had a great morning together and it was really fun to see CJ interacting with the kids from his daycare class. His teacher said they plan to go on another field trip this summer!
